Retreat recommend's you arrive 10min prior to appointment to fill forms out or this will come out of your treatment time.
I ask that you turn your mobile phone on silent so you can get the best experience without disruption.
GIFT VOUCHERS: Retreat offers gift vouchers which can be purchased to prefer dollar amount or for a treatment of choice.
Gift vouchers can be sent out to your choice or picked up from the Retreat or E-Gift card though website.
Please choose gift voucher carefully as refunds will not be available.
The Retreat has a 24 cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you need to adjust your booking time, best do it now - so someone else can make the most of that appointment which no longer suits you. 50% fee is charged for missed appointments as well as cancellation/rescheduling at less than 24 hours' notice
